About Jayek
Jayek is a delivery-tracking platform for stores that deliver with their own drivers. You give your customer a link to track the driver live on the map and see their route — without installing any app.
Not at all. The customer opens the link from their browser (WhatsApp/SMS) and sees the driver’s location live. No sign-up, no download.
Jayek is not a delivery company and takes no commission on your orders. It’s a tracking tool that makes delivery with your own drivers look as professional as the big apps.
Tracking link & WhatsApp
You tap “Send WhatsApp” in the app, which opens the customer’s chat pre-filled with the link, and you send it from your device’s WhatsApp. The message comes from your own number (store or branch manager) — Jayek only prepares the link and does not send on your behalf.
From the WhatsApp account on the device that taps send. If the branch manager sends it, it comes from their number; if the owner, from theirs. The branch’s stored number is for identification only and isn’t used to send.
Automatic sending from an official number requires the WhatsApp Business API (a later phase). For now, sending is a manual tap from the store’s device.
Each order has a random, hard-to-guess link, and it stops showing the live location a while after the order is delivered.
Drivers & live tracking
The driver taps “Start delivery” on the order, which begins streaming their location live and activates the customer’s page showing the driver and route on the map.
Only while their order is being delivered (after the driver taps “Start delivery”). Before that they see the order stages and their home location without the driver dot.
From the store app: add their name and number, then the driver signs in with the same number via the driver app using an OTP.
Branches
One owner account with multiple branches under it. Each branch has its own location, drivers and orders. The owner switches between branches, and each branch has a manager who signs in with their number and sees only their branch.
The owner adds them (name + number + branch), then the manager signs in from the store app with that same number via OTP, seeing only their branch — without access to branch or subscription management.
Depends on your plan (branch limit). You can upgrade your plan to add more from the plans page.
Subscription & payment
Yes, a full-featured trial with no payment. After it ends, you subscribe to keep creating orders.
Payment and renewal happen on the website (store portal) and open securely in your browser. The mobile app only shows your subscription status, with no payment inside it.
Ongoing deliveries continue until completion, but you can’t create new orders until you renew.
Yes, from the profile page in the app tap “Change plan” to open the billing page, pick the right plan and pay.
